Account listed under my credit profile

I recently pulled my credit report to discover that edgars has listed an account in my name, i called them to query this and discovered that SK Matthews account was listed under my name on my experian credit report, the consultant was ever so helpful in sorting this out and promised me it would be removed form my name, and that they would send experian correspondence immediately to remove this off my name, now one month later and it has still not been done!!! what do i have to do to get decent customer service?
