No coverage in Northgate

I am a resident in Northgate. I stay very close to the mall and I am on MTN network, I went to the MTN shop this weekend because I cant seem to get any coverage in my house. I was looking to buy a signal booster and the lady I saw said I should go to Incredible connections to look for the device... Incredible connections referred me back to MTN because they said the service provider has to do it. Then I called the call centre and the guys there have been movin me from pillar to post blaming it on the other department. I cant go on like this if I need to use the internet I have to leave the house then why even bother be on the internet. I sometimes work from home but I am forced not to since I cant do anything on the internet. Please help
