8 months and you still cant fix the problem

This is the eight month that this problem has not been solved every month for a week you switch my phone off and apologize and switch it back on. i have gone on hellopeter 4 times everytime cell c says sorry and they will sort it out, this has never happened . switch my phone back on and refund me for all your mistakes
