I have been struggling with 8ta since Wednesday 16.01.2013 to sort my sisters Blackberry out. For the pass 2 weeks her bis doesnt want to work. When I checked her airtime she had one hundred and odd rand airtime on the simcard. Call the Call Centre and was given the *180# self service to top up the bis, did that and it didnt work either as it is only available to pre-paid subscribers (which she is and was RICA'd as). I then called the call centre again explained all this and Busi (at the call centre) dicovered that the number that I am quering and the number I called from isnt the same and that goes for the personal details as well. She then logged a call with the techinical department and was suppose to sms a ref. number which was never received. I called again on thursday sopke to Trevor which escalated the call to his team lead Alicen / Alister and nothing came from that either. Spoke to Zama this morning and she gave me the case number, I truly hope that Techinical will call me by the end of business today or this matter with be taken further. ITS USING MANDATORY VALUE THAT DOESNT BELONG TO ME OR MY SISTER!!!
