Excitement turned to disappointment - Trevor Noah

I called computicket to book Trevor Noah at Monte Casino. i had a special request as im in a wheelchair. the objective was to have a great evening just me and my wife full of fun and laughter. I called into Computicket and booked two tickets with Dean Jacobs who was the supervisor as the call centre agent could not assist. He advised me that i need to call into night shift to book the ticket as i still needed to make up my mind. that night i spoke to another supervisor who asked me for my credit card number (which i dont have)? he said i cant do the booking and needed to go to Checkers to book the Trevor Noah show. he said he would keep this open the following day for me until 12:00. i went the following morning to Checkers and they said the booking doesnt exist?? i called them and they said it doesnt. i requested Dean to call me urgently and he didnt, he only replied by mail saying that i needed to go to a checkers?? that night i did and tried to make the booking and called the call centre who advise me that there is no more tickets.!!! there is a number of problems and want this sorted ASAP!!! being in a wheelchair running around does not work here. thanks for nothing!
