Our consultancy business phone lines via ISDN got hit by lightning on 15 Jan 2013 and I immediately logged request for repair and received SMS Ref No. 1635CRZ150113. Today 19 Jan 2013 and not a beep out of Telkom. Tried on numerous occasions to get through to fault tracking on line and via phone. If I treated my client's the same way Telkom is treating me I will be fired/replaced/blacklisted and reported to Engineering Council. Shame on you TELKOM.
