Wrong bundle not refundable

I bought a wrong bundle, instead of purchasing data bundle i bought social networking bundles for R29.my issue is that i cannot get my money back as this is not reversable that's what i was told by the call center rep and i really want my money back or data bundles with that money.i mean mistakes are there and mtn should create a system where such mistakes can be rectified.
