This is now my second complaint, please refer to my first.
My follow-up i received: Ruth phoned me last week Thursday to tell me she will investigate. Friday she phoned and said i must send my phone back to Cellc. My phone has been handed in the previous day to cellc. nice investigation.
I got a call from your technical department that my button is in fact broken and they have to replace it. Making it a factory fault. But now im getting a repaired factory DUD phone. I did not buy a factory DUD phone and im not paying for a factory DUD phone. Im paying for a new flawless phone thus i want a new flawless phone. not to mention that no one contacts me i have to phone you the whole time to figure out whats going on. Can someone from higher up please contact me?
