Factory damaged phones sold to customers

I have purchased a blackberry 9360 cash because Autpphage had a special on the phone. Not even three months time i had a problem with the phone. The phone could not be sorted out so they had replaced with another phone. I began having problems with this phone again. I had sent iy in for repairs once again on the 01 March 2013 and they told me that it will
take 7 to 21 working days to get sorted out but up till now it is not yet sorted out. I am so fed up with running around and phoning to check up when it will ready. I had phoned them o
n them on the 28 March 2013 to find out when will i get my phone back. They said it is physically damaged. I could not understand that because when i handed my phone in they ask you what is wrong with your phone and ask you to sign stating what is wrong with the phone. Obviously the phone is a factory damaged phone that was given toso me. All i want is my money back. I can't have this problem all the time. Its really not on at all. I've been having was
