Mtn samsung phone and tv deal

2 Weeks ago I took a contract with MTN canal walk for the Samsung galaxy pocket phone and 32 inch LED tv only to find out that they don't have stock of the tv but can give me the phone in the meantime. How do you offer deals when you know you cannot fulfill the terms of the deal. That is unethical business practice. I raised my concern with mtn about the non delivery of the tv via their facebook page and was told it was escalated to the store manager and he/she would be in contact with me soon. That was last week and still no response and no tv. To top it all I notice there's no mention of a tv in the contract document so is this what you're going to fall back on? Shame on you MTN.
