I'm disappointed by the method that used to handle queries, of lost SimCard. i loyal client to MTN for about 15 years of using the subscriber. your clients service lack of fully information about the clients needs, and have be take ups and down with out refereeing to my profile.
ive being send to police station to do affidavits, to confirm my identity and right fully user of this number 0839544010.
please check my profile i have RICA - the number since from 2000, now that i phone for simswap they ask.. so many questions that i cannot remember and now i'm be emotional and physical abuse, i think that my right of using MTN, my subscriber is violated.

since from 02 june 2013 calling 173 for help, till now not be help, i ask for supervisor, for fax-, no one give me the number.
