It is with elatedness that I write this compliment and urge any prospective ISP customer to migrate or start a new service with MWEB. They not only look after themselves and their bottom line, but understand when a service offering deteriorated and what needs to be done to rectify it.

It might have taken a bit longer than expected but in the end all is well. If companies focus on the long term instead of short term profit they would realise that by delivering high customer service they retaining customers and their undisclosed potential and future value.
