Exceptional Service in poor circumstances

I recently upgraded my cellphone contract with MTN. I was getting poor service in terms of the following:
- I had to repeatedly call with no progress.
- Empty promises
- No feedback

Desperate to get some sort of service I contacted Mr. Lloyd. He stepped in and assisted without hesitation or complaints.
- He delivered on what he promised.
- He provided Feedback without being asked.
- He was professional

I am greatly impressed with the service I received from Mr. Lloyd and I will remain a MTN customer because of it.

MTN: If the whole organisation provided the professional service I received from Jason LLoyd you would have all round customer satisfaction.
