OVERCHARGING- BAD SERVICE- LACK OF RESPONSE

We subscribed to Telnet because they promised a decrease in our Telephone bills. In fact our telephone costs more than doubled. I sent in a resignation letter to them giving them 30 days notice but they continued to charge my bank account. The only way that I could stop this was to check my bank account call the bank and ask the bank to reverse the charges. This has to be done every month.
The reason that I stopped using them was because of poor quality, high costs and poor service.
Moving to this company was a very big mistake and I would like to warn people to be very wary of signing up with them.
Whenever we had a problem and called their technicians, they would take a long time to come and then would blame Telkom. Telkom would respond quickly when we called and would show us that it was the problem caused by Telnet.
