Speedy upgrade over phone

I was expecting to go stand in queues to get my upgrade, but one ten minute phone call on Saturday and I have the phone on Tuesday. Didn't expect such quick and efficient service from Cell C. Sim was also activated in the amount of time they said it would take without a problem.
