Vitality Mobile Great Service

I have joined onto Discovery's Vitality Mobile in conjunction with Cell C from May 2013. Everything from the initial query was super efficient. If ever I call the Vitality Mobile call centre, I am always answered almost instantly - no having to sit on hold for ages like with my previous service providers. The call centre agents seem pretty clued up and when not knowing the answers to certain questions, they found out immediately. Very very impressed :)
