I had internet contract with iburst but i worked through auto page so recently we moved and had no coverage anymore i informed iburst so they contacted cancellation department of auto page and organized that i must just return modem to branch and pay cancellation fee then all proof must b faxed through to head office so i did all that but still debit order for auto page went off this month! Why must u pay for service i dont get i did everytnin thry told me to do! It took like 2 weeks to get any answers from both parties and i spend hundreds of rands on airtime to phone joburg then they put me from 1 department to the next! Cant complain about customer service causeTHEY DONT HAVE ANY!! I want all CANCELLED AND MY MONEY BACK!!
