Gift voucher contract

8.ta sent me an sms telling me that i am in breach of the contract for the arrears of R495 which i don't understand because i cancelled the contract and paid the cancellation fees and even after that they extracted money from my account an amount of R135 and they still owe me a refund. Can they please explain these arrears as i don't understand how can i be in arrears in a contract that has been pain and cancelled.
