I have several problems on my account that I tried unsuccessfully to resolve with your Call Centre since yesterday. I cannot hold on the phone for over half an hour just to be told that someone else needs to assist me. And then to promptly be cut off.

Can someone please contact me urgently regarding the following issues?

1) All my contracts with the exception of the newest one is under one account. Why was a new account created instead of just adding the new contract to the existing one?

2) I have tried for the past 3 months to load a debit order onto my account. You finally got it right. But only on the new account. So 5 of the 6 contracts still have to be paid manually.

3) Somebody decided to send the sim card without the PS Vita on the new contract. So as a result you have billed me twice for delivery.

4) I was billed from 25 April 2013 until 15 May 2013 for the new contract (PS Vita) I only received the PS Vita on the 3rd of May 2013.

5) I did an upgrade on one of my contracts on 2nd May 2013. The cellphone was received, but a data sim was to be included. I have still not received the data sim. It is now almost a month later.

Your urgent attention will be appreciated.
