A few months ago, my Blackberry 9300 Curve decided to stop working! I proceeded to get it checked and had been advised that the software needed updating. Simple enough. So I take it to MTN Northgate to have the software upgraded. After grabbing a ticket with number 2212 and them serving 135 I waited... After an hour had passed, I had to leave due to prior engagements. I was back the very next day followed the same procedure, and finally got to speak to a consultant. As I began to give him my details, their system crashed! This happened four or five times after that day and Im sick and tired of it! When you dont have a contract, you get calls everyday offering one... After you sign up, they forget you exist! (Except for on the 25th when they want your money). Please can someone assist here
