Your IVR on your sandton city phone system is amazing. I get told how long I'm going to hold on for and the music just calms one done no matter what mood you are in :) I thought I'd write to your service team and let you know. Sometimes its great to get a compliment vs. regular complaints... Maybe you should use the same system on your 0861 number as you hold on for a while there...
