Pay for micro sim when the adverts say free sim

So I got my new galaxy s4 today on upgrade, I was informed I needed to purchase a microsim for it to work, when I said the advert on the web said free sim connection and delivery theyormed me it is because mtn sp delivers - I would have to pay R139 inb order for the phone to work, and no they can't charge it to my account. I'm confused about why I can order online, have my phone, new sim and connetion and delivery done for free but the store wants to charge me for a micro sim? This Is rubbish. Shame on you MTN I have been a loyal customer for 10 years now and this is the thanks I get. I didn't purchase the sim as they want cash for it, I refuse. Sort yourselves out or ill return the phone and go somewhere else
