Charged for delivery that was meant to be free

I placed an online order (number 10621342415) and typed in the code for free delivery. But once I had confirmed my credit card details and the total amount (with no deliver charge reflected), I was sent the invoice with the R35 delivery charge there!

This is very misleading and even a bit. It's bad enough that the shirt I was sent wasn't exactly like the one in the picture and makes me much less likely to order from Mr Price again.
