Blacklisting Nightmare Solved with GREAT service

After having my Tablet on Friday I filled out the paperwork and sent it in to their fax number. I waited till monday afternoon for feedback before I called in, I spoke to a really unhelpfull guy who said I need to wait 24hours and the weekend does not count. Reluctantly I waited till tuesday morning and called again and after being bounced around and crossed lines I finally spoke to a lady who said not a problem and that she will help me. She then after alot of back and forth "Blacklisted" the device and said that i will be getting an sms with a reference and that it would take 24hrs. Patiently I waited to this morning when I called in and Eventually got through to LUZUKO who was friendly and helpfull. He explained everything to me and even though I was annoyed with the whole situation kept his cool & tried to help out. Instead of just having me send the form back he tracked the numbers I was sent messages from he tracked the people I spoke to and in the end he managed to blacklist my device. It is a breath of hope that their are call centre agents that understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you LUZUKO for turning the nightmare around and saving this situation. Fantastic service
