Frastating land line numbe

I have been trying to call Nashua Mobile Since Monday on number 011 475 5718 and this number just rings with no answer, called head office to check the numbers was given same, go ogled search the number still same but i fail to understand if this is the correct number since Friday i have been trying the line with no answer

Can someone please call and tell me if my phone is in as head office confirmed it was dispatched on Friday and by latest Wednesday i will be contacted to collect.
Deal id :8914062 it went in for repairs on the 15/05/2013, why give the numbers if there is never anyone to answer.
