Some from 8ta phoned me in March 2013 to inform me that I have to renew My two year contract with them. I asked all the necessary questions regarding this renewal and agreed to go forward. Since today, four mouth later, I have had no service. I made numerous calls to these and I could have spoken to a brick wall instead. These in the call centres could not even spell their own names let alone help people with their problems. 8ta is not worthy of being called a cell phone company as I can not use my cell phone even after 4 months of complaining AND I'M STILL PAYING!!!
