On the 24/01/2013 i called Cell C at Sandton City & applied for a contract which was a Samsung S3 mini.
i had spoken to Thato@the branch&had emailed her all my documents. I was told that it has been approved&i could come through2have my phone collected. When i arrived at 12h00 the same day, they had2call the cell c call centre2get some sort of authority, my Ref no was:103882.Only2find out that i needed to speak2somone at the call centre from the branch, the call centres ladies name was: Veronica, she asked me security Questions which was Name and Surname, Id no&Cell no, which i have given her, then i had to answer about 10 more questions to verify i have no idea what? Questions about myslef and personal details, she then tells me that i have failed the Questions&cannot get the contract, i dont see what the 10 questions had to so with getting the contract, if it was already approved as the most important docs were given in. This is Pathethic, Questions were aksed eg: What credit card do you have? Is this your address or was it your address? How can i fail that if its about myslef. I walked out and will take the contract at vodacom as they are the best...
