BAD SERVICE!

I saw a car advertised on Gumtree. I contacted Zaheer to see if it was still available. It was. I said my husband would come and view it. Zaheer told me it was. I arranged that my husband would leave immediately to view the car. A few minutes later Zaheer phoned to ask when my husband would be coming. I told him he was on his way - which he was. Zaheer told me he was situated at Renault (cnr Old Fort/Prince Alfred). He never said Imperial Select, which I later found out it was.
My husband phoned me from Imperial Select to say he had test driven the car and it was amazing and I should take time off work to take the car for a drive too. He informed Zaheer I would be there at 1pm. He also advised Zaheer that this would be a CASH PURCHASE.
I left work early, and got there just after 12 noon. Zaheer was not in. I showed a man the advert and asked him if he knew the car advertised. He said he did. I asked to see the car. He took me to the showroom and gave the ad to a gentleman, who proceeded to tell me the car was sold, and that Zaheer was at the bank finalising the deal.
I was never called, apologised to, or informed that it was sold. 3 days later - still no apology!
