After 9 years with Mweb, spending in excess of R50k a year, I was left with no alternative than to cancel all our contracts with them. Quick to sell a solution but unable to offer any service therafter. We've quitely stomached their horendous service and followed their ridiculous cancelation terms whilst moving all to another isp. Although all their requirements were adhered to, our organisation has been crippled as they've ommitted to release our domain. Forced now to engage them once more we are met once again with the same inability to offer any service worth mentioning. We are literally cast into the Mweb frustration pool and left at the mercy of a beareaucratic nightmare
