Hi
I spoke to T.Mbhalathi regarding my account during the time stated below. I do not not appreciate the way she talked to me. YOU DO NOT RAISE YOUR VOICE TO CUSTOMERS, I was as polite as i could be, but she talked to me like im stupid!
Please do take note of this, as you are going to lose customers!
As, I do not think i will ever recommend Autopage to anyone, i am in a process of cancelling my account with you guys, the service that i received during my contract with you guys was not even satisfactory, and today's incident just topped it all of!
