"Stupid me" not having any luck with you

I am a customer of yours. I received a SMS offering a Samsung tablet. I called and spoke to a gentleman regarding this SMS. I was happy but the data was not enough. Eventually I decided on a more expensive option with more data. Forms was completed and delivery address asked. I as a customer did not know if approved. I was later told that all the other customers know if they send this it is approved (stupid me!!!). The agent even argued with me! I was told I will get a P7100.Eventually the unit was delivered. Guess what! It is a P5100! A week later I am still not connected!! I mailed and no-one came back to me yet. I suppose that is also "stupid me" as I suppose I should know as a customer this means they are not actually interested to have me as their customer. I have to pay pro-rata but have no service whatsoever and still received a unit that is older but "stupid me" must pay the same as their other clever customers. Autopage, what are you doing!!? My husband have been with you for years and told me you are the best! I suppose "stupid me" was again taken for a ride, the same as my cell phone. Will someone actually call me who is willing to listen and assist, as my mail is not answered
