Good day
I previously wrote about my dissatisfacton regarding service received from vodacom in Midrand. Then i call your call centre to migrate the account to a top up which they said it will effective as from the 01.06 which today is the 04.06 but it hasnt happened i really want to know what has vodacon turned to with such bad service, help expire all my contract with such company as i would want nothihng to do with you anymore.
You have debited my accoutn with R1709.00 and no one is still willing to take responsibility as i was never told that once exhausted the 75 MB i will be billed extra. I need someone to get me to the CEO hoping this time a decison can be made and someone takes responsibility and ressolve my query. Believe i am willing to pay for services that i got myself knowing how i will be paying looking into my account history i have been with vodacome for the past 8 years and i have never had problem paying my services.
