This is now the 3rd report as no feedback or follow up. Last (2nd report) was Thursday 30th May 2013, All I received was an sms that a consultant will contact me but to date, no phone call or feedback or resolution.

Is this really the standard of Vodacom that all they interested in is receiving the subscription costs with no regards to customer satisfaction
