I tend to groan when it's time for my upgrade but this year I had quite a pleasant surprise. Met was very helpful, friendly and patient and within an hour I had my phone and new contract. He also went the extra mile and helped me put protective covers on my tablet and cell phone. I just want to thank you Met you gave my hope that proper client service haven't complete gone out of the window in South Africa.
