Going the extra mile with a smile

I needed to get a new cell phone contract and seriously considered a contract with Cell C instead of Vodacom.
I spoke to Richard C (of Vodacom) and showed him the Cell C offer and asked him if he would recommend the competitor's deal. He gave me an honest opinion (based on facts) and after consideration (and waiting in a queue for Cell C) I went back to Richard C and obtained a contract from him.
He not only helped me with the new contract but he also transferred my data to the new phone and helped me with a few downloads. When I left the shop I was up and running without a great effort from my part.
I know in business, time is money, but he helped me without an attitude, and without giving me an idea that he needed to attend to other business.
I was pleasantly surprised by this service and I already recommended two people to go and see Richard C. Thank you Richard C for a SUPER Service!!
