I gave the requisite 1 month's notice to unsubscribe from the Cell C Get It service on 26 February, 2013 - reference 6055096. Notwithstanding my having paid the monthly premiums up to and including March I continue to receive sms's advising that my account is in arrears and calls from my phone (prepaid) have now been barred for the second time. Phoning the customer care centre has failed to resolve the matter notwithstanding Sipho from the Get It depatment having advised me that the matter had been rectified.
It is now 3 months since I gave notice to unsubscribe but Cell C have obviously failed to update their records.
