Good Day,

Cell C has been a nightmare for me since April. they have failed to allocate funds paid into their account correctly and this has become my problem. I have phoned, I have cried, i have emailed, I have been highly inconvenienced by Cell C.

All this started when i paid my account in advance and this was never allocated and this has been a query carried forward from month to month.

I have a lot of reference numbers for calls made to Cell C and still no one pays attention or helps to resolve queries on my account. Every month i get suspended without notice and get reactivated each time i call in spend an hour on the phone to prove my case to an agent and get reconnected by sending a POP which has been sent to them over and over again. Such has become my life with Cell C. why do i even pay for a service i do not get?
