Not happy with MTN

I have had a MTN top up package for 2 years. I have decided after my 2 years that I am going to go over to prepaid and save money by not being on contract, well I was wrong. I cancelled my contract with MTN the 21st of May and they still took money off my account the 1st of June. Surely when one cancels a contract, the debit order is also cancelled. I am not happy with MTN. This is why I decided to go to another cellphone company.
