I've changed banks about 5 months ago and changed my debit order to the new bank. Everything went smooth untill this month when my service was cut off and I received an sms indicating that I didn't pay my contract. I phoned head office and I was told that it shows on their systems that my debit order I on my new bank account and sorted. Today I got the same sms indicating that my account is in arears when it should have gone off via debit order from my new bank not my old bank. Are cell c staff so neglegent that they can't provide a service?
