I just wanted to say thank you for passing credit and refunding me for a mistake I made during checkout. I really did not expect a refund since bad service is a thing one is accustomed to nowadays. But also thank you for an outstanding service in general. I've already gotten more than one person to change over to GConnect and they are happy with it. They did not believe me at first when I told them about your prices & service. But I explained that there is no catch :) You guys are just good!
