I am hoping that by writing in my story that Cell C will decide its NOW time to take action considering few months later no action has been taken nor assistance given. I have been trying to report a with regards to usage on my one number but its falling on deaf ears and I am STILL being billed for some criminals phone calls WHICH I NO LONGER WILL TOLERATE!!! I still cannot understand how this number got activated if i still have the sim card sealed?
I called into the Call Centre trying to resolve this issue since late March and keep getting promised that will get a response within 48 hours, which never happens. I really do hope that at some point Cell C will be forthcoming in sorting this out as i CANNOT afford to be robbed blind every month of R600 .
I might be just a small client, but i should hope that i am still a significant paying client
