Cell C
Billing me for numbers I have not called

I recently bought two Iphones on contract for my husband and I. We are still waiting for our other contracts to finish before starting to use the Cell C. We have locked the Iphones and simcards away for now. I could not believe my eyes when we received our first bill and it stated that we had smsed and called numbers overseas even though we had never used the phones. We decided to wait and see what happened the following month. Well same thing happened the following month. We decided to go to the Cell C store where we purchased the phones and sort it out. The only answer the consultants could come up with is that we have indeed called overseas on the new phones or someone else has. Even though we had explained that the phones and simcards had been locked away they refused to help us any further. I'm starting to believe that Cell C might be making extra money from their customers by charging them for numbers they have never called but would never notice it amongst all the other numbers they have called. The only reason we noticed is because we have never called on them before.
