Server is off and waisting my time

Hello

I went to a vadocom shop today at greenstone mall to purchase a new Samsung GS4 contract. After completing the forms the person helping me did the credit check, after the contract was approved the system was of to select the various packages and the deal was cancelled. I've waisted 1 hour of my day and time I took off from work. I'm very negative at the moment, how is the shop doors open but the system is not working???
