Cell C
Disappointed

On Tuesday I went into Cell C Greenstone to start a contract for an S4 on top up 100... I filled out all the necessary paper work and was told after being told I was pre approved. But having no stock I waited. I got a call this morning saying there was stock I asked them to make sure I was approved and It was a yes. So today I walked into the shop at 14:45. After waiting in the line for 1 hour I was told that there was a problem, a mistake had been made and after calls to customer care, (who kept putting down on the staff: great advert for your services) I was told I only qualify for a r200 contract... I walked out of the shop at 16:45 without the phone I was told I would be receiving... I do not understand how this is possible!!! Very annoyed and disappointed!!!
This complaint is not aimed to the two ladies who helped me as they were trying their best!
