We applied for 2 new contracts on Wednesday 3 July 2013. We have been Mtn customers for the past 10 years. But, the service is really bad, because the manager resigned and the person who works there is on leave, so they had to bring in someone from Klerksdorp and a casual from town. The shop is very busy, so the casual helped us complete the forms. WE where there for almost an hour to an hour and a half because the shop is very busy and they are understaffed. And this is not the first time this happened, this same shop has terrible service. I phoned yesterday to confirm the approval of the contracts- and they said nothing has come back- and I know it does not take this long for a contract to be approved-today, we phoned once more- we were advised that the casual completed the forms incorrectly because we wanted top-up contracts and she completed it for my anytime contracts. But I feel that the full time person was supposed to check that and come back to us. now we have to wait until Monday. I feel this is unacceptable. I must say, I have an Ipad with Vodacom- I went in and they gave me my ipad and my contract in 15 minutes. I want this to be dealt with today.
