Service request S3-MJ23E-ENA2F on 3G card 079-497-1086 is still unresolved for 5 weeks. I have been trying to cancel my 3G contract with Vodacom since the middle of December, as their 3G service is not working since 1 December in my area. All sorts of stories are being told to me when I contact them. Such as they cannot cancel as it has to be authorised by their networks dept., or they need my co-ordinates, or they are busy upgrading to LTE etc. etc. I am fedup with having to pay for something that I do not get, and want the contract to be cancelled without any penalty to me, since this is a breach of contract. I need to make payments via internet, and now have to pay an internet cafe to access the internet. Vodacom keep telling me they will come back to me, but most of the time I hear nothing from them. When they do contact me after I phoned them, they are just telling me what I already know, and duck the issue of cancelling my contract. They want to collect money for doing nothing.
