Still waiting for my phone to switched back on

Good morning.
I settled my account on thursday and my sim card still hasn't been activated. I was promises by Musha that he will monitor my account and once payment reflects hee activate my sim card but still nothing! I want my sim activated today! Nashua mobile was so quick to threaten me with legal. To make things worse I get a call from a guy Jason stating that if Musa does not alocate the payment I will have to fax in proof of payment! I am sick of wasting my money to fix your agents mistakes. I'm still waiting for Clint to resolve my complaint from January! Just shows how like u lot think of your customers. Can you please have a consultant call to have this fixed today still! Or I will be going to the financial umbudsman, I do have enough. Grounds to go to the financial umbudsman.
