On the 29th Jan 2013 I deposited R220.00 which was payement to my contract and that money was deposited at Nedbank. On the reference part I used my surname plus cell fone number and I forwarded proof of payment to Sipho Ngwenya the very same day.

I have only realised today that according to their records I didnt make any payment for the month of January despite proof of payment been forward to Sipho on the 29th Jan, Sipho was quick to respond by saying I didnt make payment because my funds were not allocated as I used my surname Cel fone number as reference??? I need my ITC status to be updated within 24hrs as this was not my fault. Nashua can take this matter with Nedbank as I have proivided full info as requested by the Nashua (Nashua's corporate) on the deposit Slip.
