I have now written numerous e-mails, made dozens of phone calls and written 3 complaints on hellopeter. Autopage constantly says they will attend to the matter but 5 weeks later still nothing has been done. I was offered a R1000 Gift Card as a goodwill gesture by Stanton in the upgrades department after Autopage took almost a month to process my upgrade. When the phone was delivered, the gift card was not included. I e-mailed Angelo Graham immediately and he replied that he would follow it up, that was the last I heard from Autopage. I am fed up and with their poor service and unfulfilled promises. I feel that they have breached the spirit of Customer goodwill and their automated responses are incredibly annoying. I am tired of calling the call centre and being told there is no one available to help, you can only speak to a call centre agent and not managemnet. I have logged dozens of calls to senior management with no response. I feel I have no choice but to take my complaint to the Consumer Councill as I feel this is in breach of contract and goodwill and the service rendered is unacceptable. I require senior management to contact me and not a call centre agent. Dr R Higgs
