Problem still present after 'repair'

Took my Galaxy Note 2 LTE to Vodacom Repairs Hatfield Plaza. Job number 8905026-29182401. Phone restarts randomly few times a day. Reported fault "Random Restarts. Firmware upgrade requested". I did not request a firmware upgrade. Needless to say got the phone back with the same version of firmware and the problem persists. So I will have to take it back again. How can I make sure the phone gets repaired or replaced?
